Hi,

You can use something like
http://localhost:8080/xwiki/bin/view/Blog/Category?category=News

You should upgrade to the
<http://localhost/xwiki/bin/view/Blog/Category>new Beta2 when it will
be released, as the blog articles have been reshaped.
