Cannot find Import

Thanks for the help, but it looks like there is something unusual about my
xwiki installation.  I do not have an Administration panel under the "log
out" link in the top right hand corner. 

I log in as XWiki Admin and access admin menus by clicking on the purple
Admin square in the row of purple squares at the top left.

I have taken a  http://www.nabble.com/file/5603/xwiki.GIF screen print here 
of what I see after clicking Admin and hovering over More Actions.  Could
you have a look and tell me if I am going crazy?
