French xwiki problem

Hi,

I use a french xwiki but I MUST activate "multi
lingual" option to display the xwiki menus in
french...
Of course, I put "fr" in "languages" and "default
language".
Are there a solution to set a xwiki in french only?
For exemple an option in xwiki.cfg ?
Btw where can I found options of xwiki.cfg?

J'utilise xwiki en français mais je suis obligé
