[xwiki-users] admin issues

Before I go that far, I decided to reinstall. This time I used the start
batch file provided instead of the service I had created and everything
is fine. I was using the JS wrapper and it seems something with that
environment is wrong.

Is there any compelling reason to use M3?

You can do that with 1.1M3 too :) Just pick the zip file and unzip it.
