Thanks again for your reply,

but i do not want to install by downloading the ready WAR(as mentioned 
in the installation guide.). I was hoping that i can build my own wiki 
with my database, my skin with my changes. For doing that, i need to 
develop it and would need to build it again and again. And that is the 
reason for all my questions.

I am working on Artem's suggestions now and am thankful to him for 
providing me that.
