[xwiki-users] Retrieve list of skins

Indeed, for the moment that's the only way to achieve this. And in the
future, I think this would be the only way to make a skin work,
meaning that each skin will need an XWikiSkin object to work. Just an
idea, nothing decided yet, but there are some major changes planned in
the way skins work.
