Hi Morten,

This is because you have upgraded to XWiki 1.0 Beta 5 an existing  
version but you haven't replaced the Velocity jars with their new  
versions. I'll add this to the release notes. More specifically you  
need to replace velocity-1.4 by velocity-1.5-beta2 and velocity- 
tools-1.1 with velocity-tools-1.3.
