[xwiki-users] How can I change the skin wiki in wiki farm

...and then import the Panels application as it's described on http:// 
www.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Code/PanelsApplication. Then use the  
Panel Wizard as described on the previous URL to select the panels  
you wish to have and the layout.

Note to self: we should maybe import it for all wikis on the farm?
