[xwiki-users] Delete SANDBOX space

I think there's a bug somewhere as I have seen the same behavior on  
xwiki.org. The Sandbox name appears in the Navigation panel (with a  
question mark showing the home page doesn't exist) even though there  
are no pages in the sandbox space.
