Hi,

if you look at the top-right corner of the xwiki page, there should be a

link called "Register".

Are you able to see the main page? If that's not the case, you should 
carry on an import of the default xwiki xar:
http://www.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/AdminGuide/Installation#HInstallingt
heDefaultWikiXAR
