[xwiki-users] New User Interface

I just did it  but nothing changes. Looking at the release notes I see
that this option was used in the 1.1.2 release. In the 1.2 the new
rights management interface shoul be the default.
I'm still working to figure out a solution... and to undestand what's
the problem.
