your login for code.xwiki.org is the same than the one you use for all
xwiki.org sites. You can create one on this page :
http://www.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/register/XWiki/Register if you do not have
one already.

Then you'll see the fields & forms where you can add new snippets on
code.xwiki.org
