Two +1... no 0 or -1... dare I ask?

(I'm afraid we don't reach the sum of 3 as planned in the process which is sane but probably hard to reach in the current population).

I think I agree with all the below proposal (revert 1/ and 2/).
I would request to add John Wu from the Curriki side.
