Branch: refs/heads/master Home: https://github.com/xwiki/xwiki-platform Commit: 654366721b20c808c932a891c7926aaaf1ae84ef https://github.com/xwiki/xwiki-platform/commit/654366721b20c808c932a891c792… Author: Vincent Massol <vincent(a)massol.net> Date: 2026-10-14 (Wed, 14 Oct 2026) Changed paths: M xwiki-platform-core/xwiki-platform-flamingo/xwiki-platform-flamingo-skin/xwiki-platform-flamingo-skin-test/xwiki-platform-flamingo-skin-test-docker/src/test/it/org/xwiki/flamingo/test/docker/DocExtraTabsIT.java M xwiki-platform-core/xwiki-platform-web/xwiki-platform-web-war/pom.xml A xwiki-platform-core/xwiki-platform-web/xwiki-platform-web-war/src/test/node/resources/js/xwiki/__tests__/xwiki.test.ts Log Message: ----------- XWIKI-6688: Possible race condition when clicking on a tab at the bottom of a page in view mode (#6447) * Replace the functional test that opens a document extra pane while another one is still loading with a Vitest unit test, which decides in which order the panes are loaded instead of needing a pane that is slow on purpose (a Groovy Thread.sleep() tab, which needed Programming Rights and thus an exclusion from the programming rights checker), and which runs in well under a second instead of minutes. It also checks the two parts of the fix separately, which the functional test cannot do: without the guard the pane requested first is displayed, and displaying it drops the "empty" marker as a side effect, hiding the fact that the marker isn't dropped otherwise. * Put the test in the existing test-only Node package of xwiki-platform-web-war (src/test/node), next to the path of the code it tests, and evaluate the real xwiki.js in a jsdom window, after the real Prototype.js, which xwiki.js still needs. * Prototype.js isn't published on npm, so the Maven build extracts it from the WebJar that this module already depends on in test scope.
