Trusted reaches none of ci.xwiki.org, jira.xwiki.org, sonarcloud.io, matrix.org, nexus-snapshots.xwiki.org or bin.xwikisas.com, so the sweep would have had nothing to read — but it fails earlier and more confusingly than that: `apt-get update` gets 403 on the PPAs the image carries, exits 100, and `set -e` takes the whole setup down before a package is installed. The explanation goes in the header of the shared `routine-setup.sh`, which is what fails; each routine prompt gets a line pointing there. * `SONARQUBE_TOKEN` was missing from the CI-check routine's environment list, though docs/setup.md already had it. A quality gate is the one incident whose cause is nowhere in the Jenkins log, and it is what §5 fixes first, so an unset token costs the run its highest-value item — reported without its cause and with nobody named. The entry also carries the two things a secret store gets wrong: the account must be allowed to transition issues, because the fix accepts the ones its PR covers; and `SONARQUBE_PROJECT_KEY` must stay unset, since sonar-gate.mjs prefers it over the repo it derives and one global value would report one project's gate for all three.
