The Properties panel lists exactly the properties of that parameter -- it maps over the query properties, not over the declared descriptors -- so a property left out of it is offered nowhere and cannot be displayed back at all, which is what RN-80 did to both. * Keep the layout RN-80 gave the table: the table hides a column whose descriptor is not visible rather than laying it out, so neither of the two costs any table width until a reader ticks it. * Extend the functional test to read the Properties panel and check that both are offered there unchecked, next to the existing checks that neither is displayed and that the table does not overflow. Delegate to the existing REST-based setWikiPreference() instead, which answers both with REST calls and no page load at all. * Makes TestUtils.setHierarchyMode() about 9 times faster once the property is in the class (2086ms -> 224ms, measured on BreadcrumbsIT), and speeds up every functional test that changes a wiki configuration.
