Frontmatter summary extended to mention the rule, since that text decides whether the file gets read. * skills/xwiki-doc-writing: added the rule to the step 7 style list, plus a Punctuation item in the review checklist. * skills/xwiki-doc-convert: added it to step 6, scoped to the sentences carried over from the legacy page, plus a matching "Verify the conversion" bullet. * Bumped the plugin version to 1.0.17 (patch, content edit) in all four host manifests.
