In UIExtensionScriptService:130-132 it changed a 2-arg logger.warn(...) into a 3-arg call with ExceptionUtils.getRootCauseMessage(e). That call sits in a never-covered catch block, and the varargs form compiles to an Object[] construction — roughly 20 uncovered instructions where there were ~6. The module was sitting at ~0.893, barely above the 0.89 floor, so those extra uncovered instructions pushed it under.
