Cannot close an annotation from the yellow icon when the annotation bubble is displayed on the left of the annotated word

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Sandbox.WebHome
2. Resize the browser window to half screen or less
3. Select a word that is placed on far on the right side (e.g. last word on a line, closest to the right side of the window)
4. Press CTRL+M and add an annotation
5. Click on the yellow icon to display the annotation
6. Click again on the yellow icon to hide the annotation

Expected results

The annotation is hidden.

Actual results

After clicking on the yellow icon, nothing happens.

The issue cannot be reproduced if the annotation bubble is on the right of the annotated word.

What I've noticed is that the little arrow on the top of the annotation bubble seems to overlap the yellow icon.
