Hi! I've tested importing input.xlsx on XWiki 16.10.8 (Edge 136/ MariaDB 11.6/ Tomcat 9.0.104) and 17.3.0 (Edge 136/ PostgreSQL 17/ Tomcat 11.0.6) using LibreOffice 25.2.2 installed on the same machine and there are no issues on my side. The Preview (document viewer) also works. Maybe there are other issues that prevents the doc being imported.
