Not backported to stable-17.10.x on purpose: the fix is about a race of the Tom Select widget (it refreshes the suggestions 300 ms after each typed key, and that pending refresh reopened the dropdown over the Save button after SuggestInputElement#selectTypedText() had picked the option). On stable-17.10.x the suggest inputs still use Selectize and selectTypedText() simply clicks the .selectize-dropdown.active .create option, so the race doesn't exist there, and the automated backport conflicted for that reason. This is consistent with CI: in the last 45 days the test only flickered on master, stable-18.8.x and stable-18.4.x, never on stable-17.10.x.
