The same defect also reached the page of a new entry. reserveNextEntry (which the "Add Release Change" form of the home page calls) took an Entry001 page under a release note that does not exist, then opened its editor. Fixed in https://github.com/xwiki-contrib/application-releasenotes/pull/74 (depends on #72):
reserveNextEntry now refuses it with the same ReleaseNotesNotFoundException as createChange.
The form shows a translated message ("There is no release note for this product and version. Create the release note first, then add changes to it.") instead of taking a page.
