Unexpected errors for "grizzly" and "Tyrus" dependencies in DW logs because of Certificate expiration

The check on https://maven.java.net/content/repositories/snapshots is wrong, but that's XCOMMONS-3562.

For the others, we cannot really do much if the pom indicate a bad repository.
