Reproduction step

1. Create a book with nested pages, something like:
   • Page1
     • Page1-1
       • Page1-1-1
       • Page1-1-2
     • Page1-2
   • Page2
   • Page3
2. Create a publication:
   • "Source page" must be a sub-page (for instance Page1-1)
   • "Name of the space": type "test"
   • "Destination": pick an already existing page (if root of the wiki, you'll hit BVERSION-248)
   • select version, etc
3. Publish
4. Go back to the publication
5. Preview

Result

Already published pages aren't detected. The links are followed by a "?"
