restore it from the recycle bin

You would need to be more explicit, actually.

When you are on a deleted page you actually have two very different restore option (but I agree the UI is less than clear about that):

• click restore: only the current page is restored (for example the application home page), so obviously not the page entries (by the way you did not mention if you have those or not) or the translations
• click the "Deleted Batch ID" identifier: you are asked if you also want to restore also all the other pages that were deleted with it, in which case the entry are restored too and the translations are working fine

So I don't think it has anything to do with App Within Minutes and sounds more like a bad discoverability of the batch restore. Honestly, I feel that clicking restore should also propose you to restore the other pages from the same batch (but disabled by default).
