Yes, I noticed that there’s already some other information displayed on entries, depending on the situation, like the "outdated" badge or the total number of messages. But they only appear when they’re relevant (e.g. the message count only shows when there’s at least one message).
The edit button, on the other hand, would always be displayed on the entry. So yes, I agree that we should make sure the UX still works well when all the possible badges/info are displayed at the same time (not sure how many they are), and that the entry doesn’t end up feeling too crowded with an "edit" button there as well.
