Hi, I suspect this is caused by XCOMMONS-3286 and that the bug also affects stable branches, but I didn't check if it was the case.
I only tested on the following versions:
* 17.9.0 (xwiki-platform-distribution-flavor-jetty-hsqldb): Can't reproduce
* - 17.10.0 (Tomcat 10 + Postgresql + Remote SolR in custom docker images) : Reproduced - EDIT: Checked again and this was unrelated. I did not test at all on 17.10.0
* 17.10.2 (xwiki-platform-distribution-flavor-jetty-hsqldb): Reproduced

It seems there is enough of a difference in the request to be rejected by CloudFlare (which is in front of xwiki.org).

It seems there is enough of a difference in the request to be rejected by CloudFlare (which is in front of xwiki.org). Maybe the user agent is not properly set.
