Use a different decoration for macro boundary vs. macro content boundary, for macros with content editable in the wysiwyg editor

Tagged this as a WCAG issue. I believe the contrast on these boxes is not sufficient. For low vision users, I doubt it's easy to see the light yellow box on a white background. There are no additional visual hints to convey this info, so the box should be contrasted enough.
