Allow registering relying parties

Hi Thomas Mortagne ,

I tried to set up the OIDC Provider and could not figure out how to add a redirect URL.
I saw this "Static list" and assume this are the redirect URLs, but it was not possible for me to enter a value. 
Can you explain me how adding a redirect URL works?
