As a side improvement, adding another way to close opened annotations would improve UX. I thought of a clickAway listener.

As a side improvement, adding another way an event listener for "click" outside the annotation itself to close opened annotations would improve UX. I thought of Or one could also add a clickAway listener close button in the annotation.
