Placeholder Text Converted from Confluence is Rendered as-is

Please find here a little export of a confluence space called "Placeholder Demo" which demonstrates this issue.
After importing it into XWiki you'll find a Page ./bin/view/PD/Placeholder%20Demo%20Page/
which shows the following:

"First name: Please enter your first name here

Last name: Iverson

Note: Only the last name “Iverson” has been entered, but not the first name."

The text "Please enter your first name here" is just the placeholder and should not be converted to normal text.
