Description:

Steps to reproduce

  1. Edit a page with CKEditor
  2. Click Insert > Other Macros
  3. Search for Notifications System Filters Preferences Macro
  4. Select it
  5. Click 'Submit'
  6. Click 'Save & View' (or Done if editing in Realtime)
  7. Notice the text description on the macro

Expected results
The correct form of the description should be: "System filters that you can switch to in order to have more fine-grained control over the notifications you want to receive."
 
Actual results
The text description displayed is not grammatically correct: "System filters that you can switches to have a more fine-grained control of the notifications you want to receive."
