Description:

Steps to reproduce:

  • install the page rights viewer on farm, on a farm of wikis
  • create a new subwiki, from the standard flavor
  • don't update the default rights set for this subwiki
  • display the page rights on the homepage of the wiki, actual rights and detailed rights

Actual result:
In both these screens, the programming right will be reported as present for the local admin group.

In addition, the programming right for the global admin group will not be properly reported for the global admins - because of PRVA-6 (but this is a different problem).

Expected result:

  • the programming right should not appear as given to the local admin group, because it is not the case (local admins don't have programming right).

The reason for this is that there is, indeed, a rule stored at the subwiki level, that gives the programming right to the admin group - this rule is a default rule of the XWiki flavor, and is packaged in the flavor. However, this rule has no effect because the programming right doesn't make sense at a subwiki level - it only makes sense at a global level.

In addition, as the programming right does not appear on the UI in the rights administration of the subwiki, it's not easy to remove that rule in order to manually correct the display.
