Children Of Pages With Quotation Marks In the URL Cannot be Shown and Cannot be Pinned

Steps o reproduce:

1. Create a page having in the page name at least one quotation mark (").
2. Create a children page for this page with any name. 
3. From the parent page (the page containing the quotation mark, go to "Children pages" > "Pinned child pages".
4. Notice that the children page is not displayed., when it was expected to be displayed. 

I also checked with the other characters (quotation mark, dot, slash, backslash, plus, semicolon, comma, backtick), but the issue is not reproducing.
