Can't import files with emoji with Office importer

Camelia Andrei can you give information about the database used for the wiki where the bug occurs? Also note that LibreOffice 7.6 is not supported anymore, per the support strategy we now only support LO 25.2.6 (see: https://dev.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Community/SupportStrategy/LibreOfficeSupportStrategy/). Finally just a side note but avoid to attach stacktraces in a docx document... Better put it either directly in the ticket description, or in a .log textual file.
