Added an option that allows the user to not import the resolved comments. Note that a resolved inline comment was either marked as "resolved" by the user OR the line that it was commenting on was deleted. The latter, marks the inline comment as "dangling". Both the "resolved" and "dangling" comments are hidden in the confluence ui, thus, both types of comments will be skipped if the user checks the option in the migrator.
