Merge as Major or Minor Edit

So after discussing this on another channel, the idea would be that an editor can tick the "minor edit" checkbox that would automatically transform the change to be merged as a minor edit. Whenever another edition is performed, the checkbox would be ticked automatically by default, and the author would be able to untick it to create a major change again.
The UI of CR should display clearly if a CR change will be merged as major or minor.
