WebHome is visible in the page creation form

Reproduction steps

1. click on new page
2. observe the "Name" field value

Actual

The value is "NewPage.WebHome"

Expected

1. WebHome is a technical thing that should be hidden by default
2. I have a doubt regarding pre-filling a default page name
   1. the name could easily already be an existing page
   2. the user probably wants to set a name by themselves, though, have a placeholder with a realistic name for the current backend could be interesting
