Description:

h3. Steps to reproduce:
* Change the width of left and right panels by dragging slider
* Visit the Panels Admin section and disable both panels

h3. Actual result
* The right panel will be present without any content on your XWiki

h3. Expected result:
* The right panel is not displayed.

h3. Note:

Empty right panel will be displayed even with enabled left panel. I don't have this issue on XWiki 17.2.2

	yes I confirm it, after hard resetting panels, the issue doesn't occur. It only happens after I adjust width of left or right panel. Updating steps.

The problem seems to be a bit more wide, at the end I could somehow find a way to make it bug on the "random" page...
