Add possibility to pull or push pages from XWiki from maven repository

This is to bring the possibility to push a page or a list of pages from the maven repository to a XWiki instance and also pull a page from a XWiki instance to a maven repository.

Note this could be considered a alternative (limited) feature of what provide CLI-26.
