op.xwiki.org is configured for the migration:

  • Project role "JiraMember" for imported users (view/add work packages, comment, attachments).
  • Status "Inactive" (closed), and workflows on Bug, Improvement, New Feature and Task.
  • Custom fields with the Jira names and formats, so the import reuses them: Documentation, Documentation in Release Notes, Difficulty, Tests (all projects), Flickering Test and WCAG 2.1 Rule ids (XWiki Standard projects).
  • Containers: Contrib Projects (with an Archived Contrib Projects sub-container and a private Contrib Project Template with a 1.0 version) and XWiki Standard Projects.
  • Groups named as in Jira (xwiki-committers, contrib-committers, xwiki-special-contributors) so the import fills them; access is given per group on each project, plus Global Admins as project admins.
  • The notifications@xwiki.org user is dropped: anyone who wants all changes of a project can enable that in their own notification settings.
