Rendering error when inserting a Root parameter in Children Macro and Page Tree Macro which prevents displaying pages

It seems the issue reproduces not only when inserting something in the 'Root' parameter on Children Macro, but also affects Page Tree Macro.

What I've also noticed is that on Page Tree Macro the issue also reproduces if only 'Open to' parameter is used (e.g. by inserting xwiki:Sandbox).

What I've also noticed is that on Page Tree Macro the issue also reproduces if only when using 'Open to' parameter is used (e.g. by inserting   {{ {} xwiki:Sandbox { }} } ) , not being necessary to fill the 'Root' parameter for reproduction .
