Environment:	Windows 11 Pro, Edge 138, using an instance of XWiki 17.5.0 on Jetty/HSQLDB

Description:	Steps to reproduce Unzip a fresh instance of XWiki 17.5.0 (Jetty/HSQLDB) Delete the `data` folder Start the instance Click 'Continue' button > fill the Admin user credentials Click 'Register and login' button > 'Continue' Select the Standard flavor and click 'Install this flavor' button Click 'Install' button Observe the progress bar Expected results The flavor install progress bar is not overlapped by anything. Actual results The progress bar is overlapped by the rating stars. The issue couldn't be reproduced on XWiki 17.4.2 or 16.10.9.

	It may be a consequence of ~~XWIKI-23290~~, but I'm not sure.

	I don't have the image on my end, but I had the same overlapping layout during upgrade from 17.4 up to 17.5 this week.
