The goal of this issue is to make sure that when a book is published, the links within this book are updated according to the location of the published book.
We need to handle the following references : * Links (to other pages, to attachments) * Images * Macro contents (for macro that have inline wiki content) * Some macro parameters. For this we might need to have some API to register macros parameters that are references.
