I could not reproduce the issue with BrowserStack (Windows 11 Chrome 154, jetty HSQLdb), did you test this on a fresh instance? Does a mouse click work? Do you see anything in the browser error logs when you press enter while focusing the button ? Can you even focus the button with the keyboard?
