Description:	CKEditor has a dialog (modal) that allows users to import the content of an office file into the edited content. See https://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/CKEditor%20Integration/#HOfficeImport . It relies on the connection to the office server. We need to provide the same feature to BlockNote editor users.

The office importer module should have the Java API to convert an office file to XDOM. What we need is a service that BlockNote can call. I'd reuse the service used by CKEditor because it's generic. This means:

moving https://github.com/xwiki/xwiki-platform/blob/master/xwiki-platform-core/xwiki-platform-ckeditor/xwiki-platform-ckeditor-ui/src/main/resources/CKEditor/OfficeImporter.xml to xwiki-platform-wysiwyg-ui (like we did for image and macro modals)
modify it (XWiki.WYSIWYG.OfficeImporter) to accept an additional request parameter indicating the output syntax.
add another signature of https://github.com/xwiki/xwiki-platform/blob/master/xwiki-platform-core/xwiki-platform-wysiwyg/xwiki-platform-wysiwyg-api/src/main/java/org/xwiki/wysiwyg/script/WysiwygEditorScriptService.java#L480 that accepts the output syntax and thus can be used to convert the office file to BlockNote syntax (instead of annotated xhtml)
modify XWiki.WYSIWYG.OfficeImporter to pass the provided output syntax, with a fallback to annotated HTML, to the importOfficeAttachment call.
ideally, extract from https://github.com/xwiki/xwiki-platform/blob/master/xwiki-platform-core/xwiki-platform-ckeditor/xwiki-platform-ckeditor-plugins/src/main/webjar/xwiki-office/plugin.js the generic JS code that handles the office import modal and put it on https://github.com/xwiki/xwiki-platform/tree/master/xwiki-platform-core/xwiki-platform-wysiwyg/xwiki-platform-wysiwyg-webjar (as we did with the image and macro wizards)
modify CKEditor code to use the office importer from xwiki-platform-wysiwyg-ui / xwiki-platform-wysiwyg-webjar
verify by running the CKEditor tests, although I don't see any office import related tests for CKEditor; would be good to add the needed page objects and a simple test. The PO (for the office import modal) will be shared with BlockNote
on BlockNote side, reuse the office import JS code (that loads/creates the modal and uses the XWiki.WYSIWYG.OfficeImporter service to perform the conversion) from xwiki-platform-wysiwyg-webjar
add a functional test, reusing the PO from xwiki-platform-wysiwyg-test-pageobjects
