Description:

I've tried installing XWiki current LTS, 16.10.14, WAR package on Windows Server 2022, tomcat version 9.0.108 and MySQL 8.4, and during the flavor installation I get some sql errors.
Doing the same installation steps on a regular Windows 11 machine, I did not reproduce. The sql errors are not present.

From the limited tested I've done, the wiki seems normal, despite these sql errors. One major issue is that installing the Confluence Migrator Toolkit on this wiki does not work. There are similar errors in the extension's installation logs, and I'm not able to use the app, I can't do a migration. Another important aspect is that after installing the extension, it ends up with way fewer "internal" pages which it needs to function. This lack of internal pages points in the direction of the XWiki installation being at fault.

Next, I'm adding all the data I've gathered on this:

1. Environment: Windows Server 2022, java 17, tomcat 9.0.108, MySQL 8.4.6, Confluence Migrator Toolkit latest version, 1.0.32, MySQL connector j-8.0.32, XWiki 16.10.14
2. XWiki 16.10.14 flavor install logs where some sql errors are present: https://protected.bin.xwikisas.com/?d7b22e013c063612#Gpgj4e4BcTZQ4nobrd91Lbrni4qqRF7P4K8V9X1fHLjc
3. XWiki Confluence Migration Toolkit latest current version, 10.0.32 install logs:

4. catalina.out logs: https://protected.bin.xwikisas.com/?c13c18855993cd8b#BLCeuDDkjqKFWbPzpWhyaxubTDEiv8CB8RKftiFrEtts
Some unrelated Blog errors are present at the end of the catalina.out logs which don't have to do with the Windows Server issue.
5. Screenshot showcasing the first sql errors encountered during the flavor installation:

6. Screenshot showcasing some missing traslations which I've encountered on other Windows Server installations as well: https://protected.bin.xwikisas.com/?e86d8466d7e1079f#AVkm1r2dh2s5EQtLTEdy2YVFrWL9xoFwA2HkSbb5iVcc
7. Screenshot showcasing what you get when trying to migrate a package using the Confluence Migrator Toolkit: https://protected.bin.xwikisas.com/?215fed8392bd0519#CZbjpVMzScp9oFt8MyjjcgGhmgTXJ4Ht7sjR56z7Ay2d
8. Screenshot of the (very few) pages that end up on the wiki after installing the Confluence Migrator Toolkit on Windows Server: https://protected.bin.xwikisas.com/?1ecf11a62a33564c#9vfL4W6shMmAsc4gGeGdSgKvbNfdDuYdPjm8G2PHHu2p

Conclusion: from what I've tested, it seems that there are some issues with XWiki on Windows Server 2022 (and other versions?) which prevent the Confluence Migrator Toolkit from installing and working correctly
