I've tried finding a fix for `displayEntryTitle` macro in the Blog Application. It's definitely coming from there, but I couldn't find a solution both handling all characters (&, ', ¨ (BLOG-247), ...) and not being vulnerable to BLOG-245 in one of the different layout.
