The {{imageStyleAdministration}} failures currently seen on the CI are a *different* failure from the one reported here, and this one \(the "Create the image style" button never becoming enabled, at {{ImageStyleAdministrationPage#submitNewImageStyleForm}}\) has since been mitigated by commit {{2343cf7d9db}}.
Every failure of that test on {{master}} since July 2026 fails later, at {{ImageStyleAdministrationPage#getDefaultStyle}}, with {{NoSuchElementException: \*\[name='Image.Style.Code.ConfigurationClass\_0\_defaultStyle'\]}}. The archived screenshots show the section rendered with two literal {{$escapetool.xml\($property.translatedPrettyName\)}} labels and both configuration fields missing, and frames from the failure video show the section is already broken on the first visit to the administration, more than 20 seconds before the assertion fails. It is a server\-side state problem, not a UI wait problem.
