This is small improvements for the version sheet:
- Have Library Reference and Library Version Reference on the same line
- Disable the Library Configuration when editing the version page. It should be only available to edit in-place
- Hide the pen icon next to the titles (Version Configuration, Libraries Configuration, New Configuration)
